a mindful breathing exercise to encourage your body a mind to
pause... the rest we create, we listen to what your body needs in this present moment. We will combine massage techniques to ease those tensioned areas, and ancient healing therapies (reiki, crystals & reflexology) to unblock any unwanted stigma before moving onto the mind with a powerful healing facial.

From here we will journey into a deep cleanse and exfoliation before taking a closer look at your skin. Massage techniques and tools will be
chosen appropriately for your specific needs.
As we come to the end of your treatment I will work along
the pressure points of the body finishing with healing reiki to
help leave you feeling grounded and restored.
